you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Solomon's Collection
furniture and rugs are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any
reason, you can return the rug within 7 days of receipt and we will
gladly provide a merchandise credit or refund for your rug order.
Please note that we do not allow any returns on rug padding or rug
accessories and this return policy applies only to shoppers at solomonrugs.net.
Returns are easy. You
can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.
Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken,
such as credit or refund. The items can also be returned at our Solomon's
Collection showroom in Quincy, Massachusetts. If you return your items
to our Solomon's Collection showroom, please provide the original
invoice for merchandise credit or refund.
